Meaning of the logo   
The big outer circle represents infinite hope in the face of adversities and disasters, both man-made and natural.
   The person with out-stretched arm inside the logo speaks of our commitment to reach out to needy and vulnerable communities.
   The head of the person symbolizes the rising of the sun - the dawn of a new day. 
The organization interventions strive to bring,and restore hope to disaster-stricken communities.

Who we are
 Ultimately the organization endeavours to foster resilient livelihoods to the beneficiaries we serve through community-coordinated emergency response, recovery and development initiatives.

REDEEM.ORG is a Community Development Organization which was founded as REDEEM TRUST in 2018 and was subsequently registered as a Private Voluntary Organisation in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe in 2026 under PVO Act[Chapter 17:05] with Registration Number: PVO 35/26

The Executive Committee provides overall strategic guidance, advice and oversight to the organization. The committee establishes and reviews policies, procedures and operational systems used in the organization. It approves the annual budget and implementation of programmes in the organization. The Executive Committee comprises of 7 experts who have vast experience and knowledge in different sectors of developmental work.

Mr. Victor V. Dota

Executive Director

The Executive Director provides overall leadership and management of the organisation. He ensures that the mission, vision and strategic objectives are achieved through strategic leadership, operational management, financial management, human resources management, partnership and stakeholder engagement, resource mobilisation, monitoring and compliance management amongst other responsibilities.

Rev. Occalisto Kawisi

Programmes Coordinator

He directs implementation of programmes, fundraising and stakeholder engagement. He is responsible for coordinating, planning, implementation, and management of programme activities on Sustainable community development, community-centred emergency response mechanisms and mitigating climate change in line with the thematic areas of the organisation

Mr. Tinashe Derera

Projects Manager

He runs the social enterprise through planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the organization’s income generating projects such as poultry, horticulture, livestock and other livelihood initiatives. He ensures that projects are profitable, sustainable and contribute to the organization’s mission of supporting vulnerable communities while generating income for organizational growth.

Mrs. Nicey Chivaraidze-

Administration and Human resources Officer

She manages and coordinates administrative and human resources activities within the organization. The Admin and HR Officer is responsible for ensuring office management, procurement procedures, HR principles are coordinated smoothly to support staff and organisational performance. She ensures that staff comply with organisational policies and promote a safe and healthy working environment.
